Hang Nguyen is the Head of Marketing at McDonald's Vietnam, where she leads brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and digital transformation as the business accelerates its restaurant expansion across one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing QSR markets. She is an award-winning marketing and media professional with over 20 years of experience across in-house and agency roles, with demonstrable expertise in brand management, strategic communications, digital & media strategy, and data-informed insights across a portfolio of global brands that includes Coca-Cola, Ford, Castrol, VinaSoy, Unilever, and Vietcombank.

Previously, Hang was Digital & Media Director at Masterise Homes, Vietnam's largest luxury real estate developer, where she led the integrated digital and media team through its transformation journey, delivering 35% customer lead growth with 5% cost-per-lead reduction. She spent over a decade in leadership roles at GroupM — as Partner at Mindshare overseeing USD 25M+ media investment across global and local key accounts in automotive, FMCG, energy, and banking, and as Strategic Planning Director at MediaCom leading Coca-Cola and Shell media strategies in Vietnam. She pioneered the strategic planning division at Dentsu Alpha Vietnam, winning 10 new business accounts in 24 months including Sapporo, Abbott, and Vietcombank. Her career began in brand management at FrieslandCampina and Unilever Best Foods Vietnam.
